Your order is delivered by GLS, DPD, Post of Slovenia or DHL (depending on the location). The costs of mailing depend on the destination:

European Union (except Cyprus and Malta) 6,00€

We ship all over Europe with DPD as insured parcel. For shipping outside EU please contact us!


The EU foreign countries includes the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France (except overseas), Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Spain, Sweden and the United Kingdom.

Switzerland / Norway / Lichtenstein
We ship with DPD as an insured shipping package. The shipping costs can be found in the list below. The fees always depend on the contents of the package or the value of the goods and can vary accordingly.

Note Switzerland:
Swiss Customs will then charge you the statutory Swiss VAT and any Swiss customs duties that may be incurred when the parcel is delivered. These costs will not be reimbursed by us.

Non-EU countries
We ship with DPD as an insured shipping package.
Please contact us before ordering if you live in a non-EU country.

Non-EU countries include the following countries:
Armenia, Egypt, Australia, Bahrain, Bosnia & Herzegovina, China, Iceland, Japan, Jordan, Canada, Korea, Croatia, Malaysia, Macedonia, New Zealand, Oman, Qatar, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Serbia, Singapore, Serbia, Thailand, Thailand, Turkey, Ukraine, U. S. A., United Arab Emirates and Belarus.

For some countries, additional customs duties may apply, which we, unfortunately, cannot take over. The fees always depend on the contents of the package or the value of the goods and can vary accordingly.

Order without VAT
Export deliveries to third countries, i. e. countries that do not belong to the EU, are exempt from German VAT of 19% and will be delivered by us without VAT.
When you enter the shipping address, our online ordering system automatically recognizes whether you can order VAT-free and displays the corresponding invoice amount.
Please note: All goods are still subject to customs clearance and tax on importation into the (third) country.
Customers from Switzerland are required to pay the CH VAT of 8% of the net value of the goods themselves.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Dear customers,


It is important for us to maintain the quality of our products, but it can also come to problems with us. For this purpose, we have an RMA-Retoure for simplified processing.

 

Return PROCESS
This applies to:
Returns of defective goods within the warranty period.
Return shipment in case of revocation.
Return of wrong deliveries and wrong orders.


Is a return shipment necessary?
Please check beforehand with the help of our customer advisor at +386 5 6398 500 or info@standout-sport.com whether a problem can be resolved without returning the goods.
Do not return any goods that have been damaged during transport from Sandiline d.o.o / StandOut to you. Report the damage immediately to your transport insurance company or the responsible transport company. Only when the transport company has inspected the damaged goods and released a return transport is it possible to send them in.


Defective goods outside the warranty case
For complaints outside the warranty case, the costs of processing complaints plus shipping costs, etc. will be charged.


How does the return processing work?
To return goods, or exchange sizes please send an email to infor@standout-sport.com and ask for assistance. In case you wish to exchange sizes or return the item please send the items to our wearhouse address with the shipping option you prefer:

Please understand that incomplete applications cannot be processed and will be returned to you for completion. Only in case of damage or defects in the case of warranty, Sandiline d.o.o / StandOut shall bear the costs of the return shipment.
Important ! A possible dealer warranty is not a guarantee in the sense of the Slovenian Civil Code but represents an additional, voluntary service of the respective dealer/manufacturer, the extent and duration of which is communicated via the Internet website of the dealer/manufacturer.


In order to ensure the smooth processing of a complaint or revocation, you must observe the following Points:


RECLAMATION
If the goods are returned within 14 days, they must be in their original packaging and in the original condition "free of any scratches, dents, etc.". If the points are not met, the shipment may be deducted or returned.


REVOCATION INSTRUCTION

You have the right to revoke this contract within fourteen days without giving any reasons. The period of revocation shall be fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier has or has taken possession of the last goods.
In order to exercise your right of revocation, you must inform us of your decision to revoke this contract at the addresses below by means of a clear declaration (e. g. a letter, fax or e-mail sent by post). You can use the enclosed sample return form.
In order to comply with the revocation period, it is sufficient that you send the notice of revocation prior to the expiry of the revocation period.


Consequences of the revocation

If you revoke this contract, we will refund to you immediately all payments we have received from you, including the delivery costs (except for the additional costs resulting from your choice of a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us) and within fourteen days at the latest from the date on which we receive notice of your revocation of this contract. We will use the same means of payment for this repayment as you used in the original transaction, unless otherwise expressly agreed with you; in no case will you be charged for this repayment. We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.


You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay and in any case at the latest within fourteen days of the day on which you inform us about the revocation of this contract. The deadline is respected if you send the goods before the expiry of the 14-day deadline. You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
They shall only be liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to a handling of the goods which is not necessary for the examination of the quality, properties, and functioning of the goods. Items that have been made or modified especially for you (custom-made products of all kinds) cannot be taken back


How long do I have to wait until I get my money or a new package?
Your return shipment will usually be processed within 3 working days. In rare cases, the goods must be forwarded to the manufacturer.
